[USML Announce] Rosters

1. OK w/ me. I don't have any Oak/Sea presence on my roster anyway, so it won't matter if anybody is active from those clubs. However, I do need to know when can/must reset rosters for the first full week, because the roster I bought in the auction is not necessarily the roster I'll want to use (due to demotions).

2. Either is fine with me, but I'd lean more toward opening it up earlier. The active rosters are getting pretty close, and bidders are free to wait a week or to roll the dice on the last few cuts.

3. OK w/ me. As I said above, I'm not affected. I'm assuming moves need to be made/announced prior to game time to be back-dated, right?

Mark/others:

Some decisions to make here, some of which I thought we made and others we
had not.

1. Japan games: We currently have the Japan games as counting toward the
standings; I have assumed that is there preference of all owners.

2. FAAB: I think we had tentatively decided that this weekend (April 1)
would be the initial FAAB bidding. Brad had sent out an email suggesting
April 8, out of concern that 25-mans might not be set, but no one responded.
Please chime in.

3. Rosters: We have the rosters complete, but I anticipate that the first
real roster moves will be this weekend. This means that the stats for the
Japan games would be based on as-drafted rosters, but I could always
backdate any moves people wanted to/intended to make. Again, please chime
in.

Do we need to set rosters, and what is our "week one?"
