BALTIMORE -- The injury bug that has hit Boston's outfield like wildfire
reared its ugly head again on Monday with the news that outfielder Cody
Ross is out indefinitely with a small fracture in his left foot. The Red
Sox might wait until Tuesday to officially place Ross on the disabled list.
The outfielder was en route to Baltimore from Boston, where he underwent an
MRI.
