[USML Announce] USML - Draft Day 2013

Just should point out that one of those days will likely be the Chicago St.
Patrick's Day parade/celebration, so I imagine that will add a wrinkle of
complication.  I assume it would be on Saturday the 16th, but maybe we
should find out before committing?
