[USML Announce] USML - Draft Day 2013

In addition to March 16 and March 17 I am also ok on April 6 and April 7.

Remember, we've gone to the pre-opening day draft because we couldn't agree
on a date just after opening day.  If there's any way we can reasonably
pull off a draft on April 6 or April 7, that would be ideal.
