Geez, Rich wins one stinkin' title and all of a sudden "OK with Rich" and "ideal" have become synonymous.

If Winick is the king, I think Rich is now the emperor.

In addition to March 16 and March 17 I am also ok on April 6 and April 7.


Remember, we've gone to the pre-opening day draft because we couldn't agree on a date just after opening day.  If there's any way we can reasonably pull off a draft on April 6 or April 7, that would be ideal.

  With the 2012 USML season behind us, it is time to begin planning for 2013.  The first order of business is to set a draft date.  Here is some information and then a proposal.


Information:  The first MLB game is Sunday, March 31; April 1 is opening day.  Easter is also March 31.  The dates of the two Passover seders are March 25-26.  GBN/Mizzou Spring Break is March 23-30 (I recognize this one may not apply to everybody).


Proposal:  Given the tradition of drafting before opening day, I propose that we set the draft for either March 16 (Saturday) or March 17 (Sunday).   Please let me know if either of the dates that weekend will work for you.
