[USML Announce] Ask Winick

Speaking of keepers.... can someone provide me a quick refresher synopsis
on the Keeper rules?  How many we keep, how do prospects work, etc?

I'm just looking over last year and it looks like most people kept 3
reserves/prospects, but some had 4 or 5.
