[USML Announce] USML Draft 2013

[Richard Robbins]

I will do the 40 man rosters -- per tradition.

We include Houston this year, right?  That seems so odd.

Also -- I'm going to have a lot of money to spend on draft day, who should
I target and how much should I pay?
