In response to our 2013 Champion's question (assuming he doesn't screw it up), the answer is that I do draft Winick Pans on occasion.  Sometimes I change my mind after further review, sometimes the price is attractive enough that I'm prepared to take a chance and sometimes I pan a player I really like just to increase my chances of getting him in the USML draft.

     Do any of you insiders have a clue as to what's going on in T Bay?  The scuttlebutt is that they're
shopping Jeff Niemann because they'd rather keep Fausto Carmona.  I can almost understand Chris 
Archer, but a washed-up F. Carmona?  Niemann's healthy (or as healthy as a 6'9", 290 lb. human is
going to be) and is going to be a solid $15 pitcher this year.  Knowing T Bay, it's got to be a money
thing, right?
