[USML Announce] Erratum

Fascinating.  I certainly agree with Jeff that a player can be on an active
roster and not draw stats because he is in the NL, minors, Japan etc.  I'm
not sure that we've ever thought about whether you can activate someone who
is in the NL.

What do you think should happen if you have an AL player on your active
roster, then he's traded to the NL and you reserve him.  Should you be able
to reactivate him later?  What if you have an AL player on your reserve
roster and he's traded to the NL, should you be able to activate him?

I must admit, I'm stumped.
