[USML Announce] Paul Hornung

And known for being frugal.  They couldn't afford a really good GC so they
got me instead.  Besides, unlike opposing counsel, I'm your friend.  And
that matters more than winning a silly fantasy baseball league.  At least
that's what Brad tells me.
