[USML Announce] Notice of Hot Wax

The contiguous trade deadline was last Sunday, Aug. 26, so this trade is
too late.  See Rule 12.1 of the USML rules.  I will be out of pocket for
the entire morning, but I would appreciate if the teams involved would take
appropriate actions to trade back the players involved.
