[USML Announce] Calamari Retention Roster

I think all of you are essentially right.  Jim is saying that, because he activated McKay, he cannot be a Y0 and kept by Jim as a bean on his freeze list, and Andy is agreeing.  I think Mark is pointing out that, if he currently has rookie status, any team could acquire him the rotation draft as a Y0, and that is unaffected by the fact that Jim once owned and activated him.  I think all of those points are right.
