below.  Please send me payment in advance of the draft by any of the
following means:

If you do not have access to an electronic payment method, please email me.

Here is an approximate per-team breakdown of the fee (ignoring rounding):

$100:  Winners prize pool
$35:  Onroto fee ($11), USML.net Website hosting fee ($16), and website
registration fee ($8).
