[USML Announce] USML - Rosters update

League:  Onroto has added all of the missing players that qualify to be in
the database, so the rosters are now complete on the website. I have
already made the corrections I have received thus far, and welcome any
others that people discover. The goal is to have our rosters finalized and
released this Friday, March 21. so try to submit any corrections before
then.

A few notes.

1.  Josuar Gonzalez (Hoosiers):  He was previously signed by the Giants, so
he cannot be added to the database. To preserve roster integrity (each team
with 17 reserve players), a "Dummy Hitter" was added to the Hoosiers
reserve roster. Rick, you can waive and fill that slot once FAAB bidding
begins.

2.  FAAB bidding:  No FAAB bidding this Sunday.  Please do not submit any
FAAB bids, which I will only have to reverse out. I will email the league
when FAAB bidding is open.

3.  Roster adjustments:  Once the rosters are finalized, please feel free
to go in and make activation/reserve moves.
