[USML Announce] USML - Rosters finalized

League:  Rosters are now finalized, so we are now the in-season mode,
which means owners can make activation/reserve/position change moves on
their own.  Please note: next week is opening day, so please make sure to
make your roster moves by Sunday at noon.

Also, just a reminder, there is no FAAB bidding this week. To refresh
memories, FAAB bids are due each week at midnight central time on Saturday
night, and the results of the bids are posted Sunday morning.  However,
this weekend, no one should submit FAAB bids.
