[USML Announce] USML roster moves - corrected deadline

League:  In my email yesterday, I indicated roster moves for this week were
due by Sunday at noon. However, during this first week, the system will
allow moves until Thursday, March 27 at noon. So owners will be able to
make reserve/activation/position moves right up until opening day, which
makes sense since some players will be moved up or down or added to the IL
later this week.
