[USML Announce] Non Roster Invitees

Upon further reflection, there are an awful lot of non-roster invitees that 
should be considered draftable.  I have two alternative suggestions:

1.    Allow non-roster invitees to be drafted.
2.    Add the following players to the list of draft eligible off of the nri 
rosters:
