[USML Announce] Serious Rule Change Proposal

As Designated League Ass Wipe, may I suggest:
   Can we please please get a stat service up and running before further
debating Proposed Rules To Help Andy Win?  And now I gotta listen to
"strategy" lessons from this guy, too?!
    But Jim/Jeff's idea makes sense, if only to avoid further discussions
about Jeff's brilliant early-season trades last year....
