[USML Announce] A Question For the League Historians

​Like many monikers bestowed upon me by Jeff W, the label never really
fit.  It was meant to refer to the fact that my players rarely went on the
DL...

The test site looks sleek and cool.  I may have some more detailed comments
tomorrow, but this is a massive improvement over what we had.​
